Для Android вышел неофициальный клиент Zombdroid. Он работает с билдами 41 и 42.

Доступен русский язык, поддержка модов и кооперативный режим.

не представляю насколько неудобно играть, игра очень комплексная... максимум на планшете каком-нибудь, но зачем?
