2. Brief description of the appeal: I do not agree with the arbitrator's decision because I ... 3. Evidence:
I am filing this complaint because the seller did not fulfill the agreed warranty.

I purchased чат джбт accounts from the seller, and he clearly stated in our Telegram conversation that the accounts had a 30-day guarantee. He also confirmed that if any account stopped working, he would refund the money.

However, the accounts stopped working after only 3 days. I contacted the seller again and asked for a refund based on his guarantee, but he did not respond.

I have attached screenshots of our conversation, proof of payment, and evidence that the accounts stopped working.

I am requesting a full refund because the product did not match the seller’s guarantee and he failed to honor his promise.
