    previosu claims I did all the way the same and previous arbitration agreed to refund, why this time is not the same? (previous situation from which arbitration agreed with me)

    , put in mind:
    -1 Password was not working at time of purchase and theres is no sign of password changes in the mail **** (BEFORE I purchased account and AFTER)
    -2ND I did not know I have to record res by mail as seller asked, I did so after he asked me to and you can check in the video is MY FIRST TIME logging into the mail and its empty (it makes it impossible for me to change password before logging into the mail or changing it after I logged because it was already not working).
    -3RD owner was already playing on the account the same day.
    -4th, somebody now has taken the email it could be anyone but also the SELLER
    -5th I did not recorded mail res because IN MY PREVIOUS CASES which arbitrator gave me refund I did not recorded it.

    so I thought with only video proving pass not working is fine, because when pass not working and NO **** about password change from SELLER it basically means account was not working IN THE TIME OF PURCHASE because it got recovered
