[Reopen] Bug with Mass Buy feature while buying discord tokens

How to reproduce the defect: Go to the mass buy section buy a few accounts but u wont received all ur moneys worth.

Issue: So using the "mass buy" button i have bought 1000 tokens but didnt receive all my money worth tokens, only received 817 tokens instead of 1000. I have attached payment proofs, and purchase proofs.

Reason for reopening: The developer (uncpfiae) said: "400 tokens were invalid and you didn't pay for them" however this is NOT the case as the errors werent due to invalid tokens, the "error" was due to insufficient funds in my account, and also i only have $0.01 left in my wallet which means all of my balance was charged but i didnt receive the tokens.
