База отдыха «Изумрудное»: сравнение из реальной жизни и S2HoC.

Расположена на берегу пруда-охладителя Чернобыльской АЭС, поблизости села Лелев. Игровой вариант находится же на территории локации "Затон". Прототипом Затона же послужило реальное место в Чернобыле - бывшая судоремонтная база, где во время ликвидации аварии использовали для перевозки грузов брошенные корабли.

До аварии на Изумрудном отдыхали военные с Чернобыль-2, энергетики с АЭС и другие.
база насчитывает около 100 деревянных летних домиков для отдыха, расположена в сосновой роще. На территории была библиотека, танцевальный зал, лодочная станция, кинотеатр, магазин. После аварии "Изумрудное" оставили не сразу, некоторое время тут находились участники ЛПА.

Радиационный фон на территории Изумрудного числится в пределах 150-500 мкР/час, но в лесу есть очаги и с более высокими уровнями.
