STOP CLOSING MY DISPUTE WITHOUT EXPLAINING WHY, YOU HAVE ALWAYS REFUNDED FOR THIS ISSUE!!! This account is NOT working, the email is dead and not receiving, for this reason I have always been refunded, yesterday your staff closed the ticket by saying "wait for letters" which will never arrive... i hope this staff member is new; I have purchased an account marked as working but the email is not, i can not open more disputes since they get auto closed by the bot, so please let's solve it here, I would like to receive what I paid for: an account with working email, thanks!
