I would like to report this user because he sold me his software at a higher price than it should be, that is, a friend told me about his software and I sent him a dm on telegram and he told me that it was $60 (5000 rubles), I paid and after a while I saw a thread that the software is otherwise sold for 2000 rubles, when I asked him to return my money he said that he sells it to people who are not from Russia for a higher price and he thinks that it is normally, I feel scammed and think this is not right
