Problem with plugins in After effects

Установил плагин накачал всяких эффектов для него, порабол туда сюда в общем. На следующий день моушен бро не открывается пробую переустновить всё равно не устанавливается скачал старую версию он хоть открылась но загрузить эффекты туда не могу (перед этим было обновление виндовс)
Может знает кто в чём проблема?
