Описание ситуации:
I was looking for a web developer in zelenka then i saw this new user named cryptostudio who is a web developer and is apparently new in zalenka but i did not know it at that time that he was also a new user because im also a new user here in zalenka. then i message him in telegram everything was going well i showed him what type of site i want and he also showed me his ready made site then we made an agreement after he showed me his site and i told him that i dont have much money and he said he only needs 15 dollars for a new hosting server and a domain and after that i sent him 18 dollars i gave all my money thinking that it would be worth it when he finishes the site and after i sent him my money he became less responsive then keep making excuses about the site not being finished yet or not ready and its already been a few days and he uses the same excuse every time i update him about the site then eventually he stopped responding to my messages and now im dead broke im left with nothing 18 dollars might not be much in foreign countries but thats already a month of grocery in my country or more. Heres our conversation when i sent him the money until the present date. I dont even know if i can get a refund im literally broke at the moment.
