Attention!
Cases in which scammers impersonate the arbitrators of the forum were more frequent by installing a similar username in Telegram. If the arbtir contacted you and asks to transfer money outside the forum, you need to immediately stop the dialogue with such a person, and continue it in the topic with a claim.

    Section Rules:
    1. Complaints without evidence will be closed due to lack of evidence.
    2. It is forbidden to duplicate the same complaint.
    3. It is forbidden to create complaints from a third party and multi-accounts.
    Appeals from a multi-account will be automatically denied without consideration.
    4. Offensive, disrespectful and obscene wording is not allowed in the title of the complaint or its content / Brief description of the situation, attached as evidence.
    5. It is forbidden to remove evidence after a verdict has been issued.
    6. For offtopic - issuance of violation points (in the complaint, only the user who was complained about, any witnesses, the Staff team and the one who filed the complaint is responsible).
    7. Complaints/Appeals must be created from a template
    8. The maximum term for filing a complaint against violations/appeal against penalties is 10 days.
    9. Messages mentioning ADMIN and Staff team are prohibited. (Ex: "avatarroot look.") (Give out warnings!!!)
    10. One complain = one reported user. It is forbidden to report multiple users in one complain.
    11. It is forbidden to write reports through this section if you have a Report Abuse

    In order to appeal the blocking, you need to pay a fee of 100 rubles to consider your appeal. You can do this on the blocking page. If you have successfully appealed your blocking, you will be refunded the 100 rubles that you paid to appeal. If you are denied your appeal, the funds will go to the person who considered your appeal. You only have access to the "Arbitration" and "Complaints" sections.
