Недавно снёс под чистую винду, решил установить осу, а она минут 20 что-то грузит и ничего не выходит, когда в другие разы она ставилась максимум минуту
Директорию менял, что в дефолтной, что в другой всё одинаково. Интернет нормальный, памяти хватает
Что делать?
