I understand you’re saying now that you never explicitly guaranteed that every account would be 14/14. But the way it was presented clearly made it seem like this was a reliable method to get 14/14 accounts, not just a way to guess and hope.
I specifically asked for a method to get 14/14 accounts. Paying $300 for basic indicators that only increase the chance is misleading. What you provided isn’t really a method, it’s just common knowledge and assumptions that anyone experienced would already know.
Even if you didn’t say 100% directly, the expectation was that this would consistently result in 14/14 accounts, not that I would have to gamble on accounts with uncertain outcomes. So what I received doesn’t match what was expected for the price.

Not saying “100%” doesn’t automatically mean it’s acceptable to sell something that is basically guessing. There’s a clear difference between a real method and just increasing probability.
If the result depends on luck and there is no consistency, then it shouldn’t be sold as a method for getting 14/14 accounts, especially not for $300. So the problem isn’t about wording, it’s about what was actually delivered compared to what was expected.
