Короче есть сайте, где можно поиграть с другом на своём сервере.
Переходим на сайт (не реклама)
Регаемся, создаём сервер.

Также при создании можно выбрать мод WeaponPaints, через который можно выбрать любой скин на сервере.
После создания надо будет подключиться к серверу по ip вам с другом.
