Линейка Dokiwatch появилась благодаря эпохалке Юноны. Blizzard очень хотели сделать для Юноны облик девочки-волшебницы, а потом решили, что ей нужен отряд.
Боевой пропуск Dokiwatch — один из самых успешных БП в плане продаж.
Хуже всего продаются эпохалки, которые плохо тематически подходят персонажу (продюсер ушла от ответа, но, скорее всего, имелся в виду облик Кэссиди).
Самое продаваемое эпохальное оружие — «Пленное солнце» Аны.
Команда художников не решает, какой герой получит эпохалку или новый легендарный облик. Решение принимают те, кто отвечает за финансы. Если бы художники могли решать сами, они бы делали скины на Бастиона и Тарана (команда очень любит этих героев).
Художники пока не планируют делать эпохалки, в которых у героя меняется пол — они не хотят, чтобы образ персонажа менялся настолько сильно.
Любимый персонаж Лорен — Раматтра.
Эпохальные эмоции пока не планируются.
Отдел косметики и продюсер эпохалок не получают каких-либо бонусов, если скин хорошо продается.
